⁠What is the registration process for students and accompanying teachers?

International Applications are hosted through MyMUN website where delegation advisors have 2 options of either forming the delegation application and sending and invitation link to the delegates so they can register themselves into the delegation with their own MyMUN account. Or by "shadow" adding them with their information to the application. What does the registration fee cover?

Fees are all inclusive from the moment you arrive to Turkiye until you depart where they include: Airport pickup & Transportation to Hotel 5 Star Luxury Accommodation @ Belek Beach and Resort Conference Materials MUNGlobal Welcome Package MUNGlobal Hoodie Open Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner throughout the conference Welcome Social & Cultural Night Advanced MUN Training from a UN-Diplomat Certificate accredited by Midland schools for innovative learning UK Shuttles back to the airport for departure

Can we use use the Hotel’s facilities outside committee hours?

Yes, Enjoying the usage of the hotels facilities such as : Spa, Pool, Lounges, Pastries, Cafes, etc outside the conference schedule hours and until 12am is allowed all for free!

What payment methods are accepted? Can we request a refund?

Payments are processed through MyMUN with various payment methods provided by MyMUN for example Credit card, Visa , Paypal etc. Due to the transaction costs as well the down payments paid to the hotel to book your spot, we have a strict No Refund Policy.

What accomodation rooms will be given through this price?

Our prices include Triple accomodation as a defult. Double accomodation as a secondary option that the hotel will be randomly allocating to make sure each delegation is accomodated close to each other. Delegates wishing to stay in single or double rooms can enjoy that upgrade for a cost.

Are there options for students with special dietary needs?

Yes, Being an open buffet in a luxury hotel. all dietary preferences will be provided in each and every meal.

Are there any recommended travel arrangements or partnerships with travel agencies?

No, We don't have agreements with travel agencies due to the vast geographical variety in our applications.

⁠Is transportation provided from the airport to the venue?

Yes, Airport pickup and transportation to the hotel is provided and included in the fees for all our international participants.

⁠What about local transportation during the conference?

No, As leaving the venue grounds for the duration of the conference is not allowed as we cannot legally take that responsibility.

Are there resources or guidelines available to help students prepare for their roles in the conference?

Yes, Detailed study guides prepared by committee board directors for each committee will be provided prior to the conference.

⁠Is there support available for students who may be first-time MUN participants?

Yes, Advanced Mun101 training and Public speaking training will be provided on the first day of the conference before committees start to give a common ground head start for both our experienced and first timer delegates.

Are there any social events planned for delegates outside of formal sessions?

Yes, There will be 2 non-alcoholic social events; Only the welcome social and cultural night is included in the participation fees, the other will be announced and paid during the conference.
