Is there a group booking option?
Yes, There is a delegation application option for international schools via MyMUN.
Will meals be provided during the conference?
Yes, Open buffet breakfast Lunch And Dinner will be provided throughout the duration of the conference.
Are there options for students with special dietary needs?
Yes, Being an open buffet in a luxury hotel. all dietary preferences will be provided in each and every meal.
Are there any recommended travel arrangements or partnerships with travel agencies?
No, We don't have agreements with travel agencies due to the vast geographical variety in our applications.
Is transportation provided from the airport to the venue?
Yes, Airport pickup and transportation to the hotel is provided and included in the fees for all our international participants.
What about local transportation during the conference?
No, As leaving the venue grounds for the duration of the conference is not allowed as we cannot legally take that responsibility.
Are there resources or guidelines available to help students prepare for their roles in the conference?
Yes, Detailed study guides prepared by committee board directors for each committee will be provided prior to the conference.
Is there support available for students who may be first-time MUN participants?
Yes, Advanced Mun101 training and Public speaking training will be provided on the first day of the conference before committees start to give a common ground head start for both our experienced and first timer delegates.
Are there any social events planned for delegates outside of formal sessions?
Yes, There will be 2 non-alcoholic social events; Only the welcome social and cultural night is included in the participation fees, the other will be announced and paid during the conference.
